These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) set out the agreement between you (the “Student”, "Sponsor", "Client") and Foresight Leadership Group, a trading name of Foresight Leadership Group United Kingdom Limited (the "Company", "We") for the purchase and use of our products and services ("Services").
By registering for, purchasing, or participating in any of our Services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before committing to any purchase.
These Terms apply to the following Services:
- All training products sold directly to the public (including bite-sized classes and ticketed webinars),
- All professional coaching services delivered one-to-one,
- All team development (i.e. systems coaching and intact team training) engagements sold directly to organisations,
- All consulting services and projects sold directly to organisations, and
- All subscription-based products or services.
- The prices of the programs and events are sold as shown on their respective product and events pages.
- Opting for either the 6-month or 12-month instalment payment plans will increase the total investment for the program.
- Instalments are auto-billed from your start date.
- A Students' registration is only confirmed once full payment equal to either the full price of the program or event, or the full price of the first payment plan instalment is received.
- Late payments may incur interest at 4% above the Bank of England base rate (UK clients) or 4% above the Federal Reserve prime rate (US clients), accruing daily from the due date until paid.
Coaching Services, Team Development, and Consulting Services:
- 50% of the agreed total fee is payable upfront.
- The remaining 50% is due on completion of the engagement, and subject to the payment terms shown on the issued invoice.
- Late payments may incur a late fee of 5% of the total outstanding balance, and may incur interest at 4% above the Bank of England base rate (UK clients) or 4% above the Federal Reserve prime rate (US clients), accruing daily from the due date until paid.
Leadership Toolkit:
- Monthly subscriptions are billed on a rolling basis at the price shown at point of purchase.
- Subscriptions will auto-renew each month unless a cancellation request is made.
- Subscriptions are only confirmed once full payment equal to the first initial monthly subscription fee is received.
- Receipt of the initial monthly subscription fee is required to access the product.
- All payments should be made via bank transfer or by credit card/debit card using the payment gateways provided.
- Late payment may incur the suspension of services until the balance is cleared.
- If payment is not received within 30 calendar days, the account will be considered default, and Foresight Leadership Group reserves the right to pursue collection, including recovery of reasonable legal and administrative costs.
Public Training (including bite-sized classes and ticketed webinars):
- Student & Sponsor-initiated cancellations:
- Students who wish to cancel their registration prior to the commencement of the program or event must notify us in writing.
- In the case of public training programs, learners must email support@foresightleadershipgroup.co.uk at least 14 calendar days before the program start date.
- In the case of bite-sized classes and ticketed webinars, the window is 24 hours before the event start date.
- Cancellation requests received before the respective cut-off times will receive a full refund.
- Cancellation requests received after the respective cut-off times but before the start of the program or event will result in forfeiture of 50% of the full price of the program or event.
- Cancellation requests received after the start of the program or event will result in forfeiture of 100% of the full price of the program or event, except where the 100% money-back guarantee is applicable.
- Company-initiated cancellations:
- Where it becomes necessary for Foresight Leadership Group to cancel or reschedule a course, we reserve that right.
- In such cases, Students will be offered either a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
- Foresight Leadership Group will not be responsible for any additional costs incurred by the Student, including travel or accommodation expenses.
- Client & Sponsor-initiated rescheduling and cancellations:
- Clients who wish to reschedule their Services must notify us in writing at least 24 hours before the Services are due to commence.
- Reschedule requests received before the 24-hour window will be honoured without penalty.
- Reschedule requests received less than 24 hours in advance of Services will result in the forfeiture of the full amount of the Services.
- Clients who wish to cancel altogether must notify us in writing.
- Cancellation requests received after the commencement of Services will result in forfeiture of 100% of the full price of the Services.
- Company-initiated rescheduling and cancellations:
- Where it becomes necessary for Foresight Leadership Group to reschedule or cancel scheduled Services, we reserve that right.
- In such cases, clients will be notified at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled Services and offered the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
- Foresight Leadership Group will not be responsible for any additional costs incurred by the client, including travel or accommodation expenses.
- If the Client is more than 15 minutes late to a session, the Company reserves the right to cancel the session and treat it as delivered.
- Client-initiated cancellations:
- Accounts that wish to cancel their subscription must notify us in writing at least 5 calendar days before their next billing cycle.
- Access to the Toolkit for cancelled subscriptions will end at the close of the current billing period.
- No refund will be given for partial months accessed.
- Company-initiated cancellations:
- Where it becomes necessary for Foresight Leadership Group to cancel subscription Services, we reserve that right.
- All Services are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-deferrable once delivery has commenced, except where required by law. For UK consumers, statutory cooling-off rights apply before the commencement of Services. For US consumers, applicable state and federal laws apply.
Notes:
- Requests for this refund must be submitted in writing within 48 hours of completing the first live session to support@foresightleadershipgroup.co.uk.
- Refunds will be processed via the same payment method used at registration.
- Once the 48-hour window has passed, this guarantee expires, and the program becomes non-refundable except where required by law.
- No certificate of attendance or completion will be issued to the Student.
- The Student may not proceed to future programs without retaking the initial live session at the full current price.
- No such guarantee is offered for any other Services. This guarantee only applies to public training events, excluding those marketed as "bite-sized" classes and ticketed webinars.
We reserve the right to:
- refuse or withdraw a Student's participation if they disrupt the learning environment, and
- act at our sole discretion to protect the quality and integrity of our services.
- Course places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis and subject to availability.
- Enrolments are non-transferable and cannot be deferred to later program or event start dates once delivery has commenced.
Transfer policy:
- A first transfer request submitted more than 14 calendar days before the original program or event start date will be honoured without penalty.
- Any subsequent transfers or transfer requests made within 14 calendar days prior to the original program or event start date will incur a transfer fee of 50% of the full price of the program or event.
Program or event validity:
- Pricing at the initial time of purchase will be honoured for up to 12 months.
- Students who do not attend a program or event to which they have been transferred within 12 months must pay the current pricing.
- All Services are non-transferable and non-deferrable once delivery has commenced.
All materials provided during any Services, including those accessed through our Learning Management System (LMS), are the intellectual property of Foresight Leadership Group.
Students may use course materials for personal, non-commercial educational purposes only. They must not:
- reproduce, distribute, or republish any content without clear attribution,
- use the materials in any way intended for commercial gain or resale, or
- present our material as their own, in whole or in part, with or without modifications.
Breach of these terms may result in legal action.
Coaching is a professional development process and is not therapy, counselling, medical treatment, legal advice, or financial advice. Students are solely responsible for their own decisions, actions, and results. Foresight Leadership Group makes no guarantees about specific outcomes.
The scope of work for team coaching engagements and consulting services will be agreed in writing before Services begin. Any work requested outside of the agreed scope will be subject to additional fees at the prevailing rates established by Foresight Leadership Group.
We are committed to protecting Students' personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the UK GDPR, EU GDPR (where applicable), and US privacy regulations.
To fulfil our legal and operational obligations, we collect and process personal and demographic data, such as:
- full names,
- email addresses,
- postal addresses, and
- payment details.
This data is used solely for administration and internal business functions. We will not share your personal data with third parties, except where legally required.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Foresight Leadership Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the Students' participation in our Services.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and, where applicable, the laws of the United States. Statutory consumer rights under both UK and US law remain unaffected.
- UK Consumers | You may be entitled to certain rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, including a 14-day cooling-off period for certain purchases, unless the service has been fully delivered within that time.
- US Consumers | Rights vary by state; however, federal consumer protection laws apply.
Notwithstanding, any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
