Our Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Statement

At Foresight, we believe that leadership must begin with self-awareness and extend into how we relate, include, and care for others. Our programs are built on the understanding that every person is inherently worthy, complex, and capable of growth. We see differences not as a deficit to be managed, but as a critical driver of creativity, wisdom, and collective progress.


Our mission to grow the world’s leadership competence includes the responsibility to disrupt systems of marginalisation, challenge unconscious bias, and create cultures where psychological safety is not aspirational, it’s operational. That’s why our training curricula, professional coaching, and consulting services are grounded in neuroscience and psychology, scientific fields that demand we understand impact as much as intention.


We are committed to designing learning environments where people from all identities and lived experiences feel seen, respected, and empowered to show up fully. We actively interrogate our content, delivery, and collaborations to ensure alignment with inclusive practice. And we make access a priority, offering equity-centred facilitation designed to reach those historically excluded from leadership spaces.


In summary, inclusion is not a module that we teach: it’s a mindset. And we will continue holding ourselves accountable for the impact we create, in every room, with every leader, through every system we touch.
