Step One - Book a Consultation Call
Begin by scheduling a Consultation Call with your consultant, during which you'll learn more about our process, align on key deliverables and expectations, and get your questions answered.
Step Two - Sign your Agreement & Complete your Leadership Team Assessments
Once Agreements are in place, your Leadership Team will be invited to undertake assessments that we'll use to create benchmarks, identify areas of development and measure progress.
Step Three - Engage in the Consulting Process
After reviewing your results, your Leadership Team will meet with your consultant to further explore your context, gather insights about your current strategy, and begin building internal capability.
Step Four - Re-Assessment, Reflection & Completion
At the end of the process, your team will reflect on their experience, reviewing the shift in their competence, capturing lessons learned, and co-creating a plan to maintain their new behaviours.

- Payment Structure | 50% upfront, 50% at project completion.
