Step One - Book a Consultation Call
Begin by scheduling a Consultation Call with your coach, during which you'll learn more about our process, align on key deliverables and expectations, and get your questions answered.
Step Two - Sign your Agreement & Complete your Team Assessments
Once your Agreement is signed, your team will be invited to undertake assessments, which will be used to create benchmarks against which their development will be monitored.
Step Three - Engage in the Coaching Process
With your team's assessment results collected, you and your team will meet with your coach as outlined in your Agreement. Throughout the coaching process, we'll monitor and modify as necessary.
Step Four - Re-Assessment, Reflection & Completion
At the end of the process, your team will reflect on the whole experience, highlighting the shifts in their culture, capturing evidence of their new dynamics, and writing a new charter to sustain their results.

- Payment Structure | 50% upfront, 50% at engagement close.
- Includes | Custom program design, facilitation, follow-up support.
- Payments | 50% upfront, 50% upon completion of the engagement. Late payments may incur interest.
