Step One - Book a Discovery Call

Begin by scheduling a Discovery Call with your coach, during which you'll learn more about our process, experience a taste of our approach, align your diaries, and get your questions answered.

Step Two - Sign your Agreement & Complete your Assessments

Once your Agreement is signed, you'll be invited to undertake assessments, which will be used to create benchmarks against which your development will be monitored. 

Step Three - Engage in the Coaching Process

With your assessment results in hand, you'll start meeting with your coach on the regular cadence decided in your Discovery Call and be guided through our coaching process. 

Step Four - Re-Assessment, Reflection & Completion

At the end of the process, you'll reflect on the whole experience, recording the key points of transformation, capturing evidence of your growth, and setting intentions to sustain your results.

The investment for this personalised engagement is £2,250 per client, with 50% payable upfront and the remaining 50% due at the conclusion of your coaching program.
