  • Salary Range: £32,000 and £39,000 p.a.
  • Job Summary: We're looking for someone to develop and execute our digital strategy. You'll be responsible for building our brand presence, engaging our audiences, and achieving organisational goals across our various social media platforms and online channels.

What you'll do

  • Develop a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with overall business goals, defining key performance indicators (KPIs), and planning content calendars.
  • Manage compelling and engaging content, including written posts, graphics, images, and videos, and then scheduling and publishing them across various platforms using appropriate tools.
  • Coordinate channels for comments, messages, and mentions, engaging with the audience by responding to inquiries and fostering positive interactions to build brand loyalty.
  • Evaluate and track key performance metrics like engagement rates, reach, and conversions, using analytics tools to assess campaign performance, and then using these insights to optimise content and campaigns for better results.
  • Stay informed about algorithm changes, emerging platforms, new tools, and trends to ensure strategies remain effective and relevant.

    What you'll bring

    • 3 to 5 years of related professional experience.
    • A Bachelor's degree in a related field (i.e. Marketing, Business Management, Work Psychology, etc.).
    • Subject matter expertise in: 
      • developing and executing social media strategies, 
      • creating, curating and managing engaging content, 
      • planning, launching, and analysing data to optimise campaigns, 
      • engaging with audiences and monitoring online brand reputation,  
      • fostering community engagement across various platforms, and
      • tracking and reporting market trends and insights.
    • Proficiency in all social media platforms and associated tools, such as Google Analytics, Facebook for Business, YouTube Studio, Canva, Zoho Social, etc.
    • Evidence of desirable soft skills, including communication, creativity, empathy, adaptability, project management, and strategic thinking.
    • Previous experience working within the training and development space would be an advantage.
